No strings attached! This call is our initial consultation where we get to know each other and I get to
pick your brain to see what you are envisioning or how far you've come along before contacting us.
Before we hop on our call you should have filled out our Event Questionnaire which has a check list of wants & needs. We will send it right over to you after we receive your inquiry.
Once we send you a proposal, in order for us to get started right away and block off your date, we'll need your signed contract and the retainer. It's super easy to do! We have everything organized in Honeybook, a really cool platform for the both of us where you'll have a client portal to keep track of our communication, files, images and a way to have the team in one place while managing your event.
I am very visual and I know some of you are too! This is one of my favorite meetings because It's where you get to dream away and I encourage you to think outside of the box in order to create an amazing atmosphere for your guests. We will look through any images/Pinterest Boards that you might already have or if you do not have one then I will help you to create one.
You've booked me to help with your event, we've come up with an event design esthetic/theme, now let's hire the team of creative partners that will come through with our plans. I've been in business for over 18 years and trust me I know I haven't seen it all. The event industry is always evolving and there is always a new trend, from blindfolded food tastings to muted parties, I will make sure to find that special service that will blow your guests away.
Don't worry, we'll take care of everything for you! We will send you a customized planning production schedule that could be used as a To-Do List or just to help keep you on schedule and in the know.
What's in the productions schedule? All of our scheduled calls, vendor meetings (virtual/in-person), Chezelle's To-Do (so you'll know exactly what she's working on), your To-Do List and a summary of the next items to tackle during our next catch up. We break everything down by month so you are not losing any sleep over it.
