This is me! Want to know more about the behind the scenes? Want to see firsthand some amazing venues? I am going to write all about it in my blog and can't wait to hear your questions or comments.
I am often trying to come up with new visuals and inspiration for our clients, peers and anyone out there that has love for florals and decor so we are often working on styled photoshoots that reflect our brand and style.
Design and creativity are adjectives that describe many members of my family. One family member in particular is my grandmother, who taught me the art of floral design and encouraged me to learn to sow at a very young age. I remember working with her during the weekends in her floral shop and I would have never guessed that I would turn out to be a floral designer and an entrepreneur like her.
This styled photoshoot was designed for the corporate sector and it took place in Old San Juan. I was inspired by the colors of tropical flowers which then became the color palette of our design. Bird of Paradise, Pin Cushion, Tulips, Safari Sunset and Spray Roses are some of the flowers that we used to create this sophisticated centerpiece.
When we began shooting the images we noticed that there was something missing. The chairs looked a bit rough and needed a pop of color and that is when I decided to make the customized chair caps. I picked up the fabric at a local fabric store which I often visit just for inspiration. The finished product looked amazing and those chair caps were a big hit! Just to think, how a little detail like a chair cap can go a long way.
Tell us how you’ve added a pop of color or made a difference with a small detail. Leave a comment and share some love!
